CONTROL GTA 5 WITH MOBILE SMART PAD

Turn your Android phone into a wireless gamepad for GTA 5 — no cables, no extra hardware. Just WiFi and one small script.

What You'll Need

• GTA 5 installed on PC
• Android phone & PC on the same WiFi network
• Smart Pad app
• ScriptHookVDotNet
• The Smart Pad game script (.cs file)

Install the Smart Pad App

Download and install Smart Pad on your Android phone from the Indus App Store.

Download ScriptHookVDotNet

GTA 5 needs ScriptHookVDotNet to run custom scripts. Grab the latest release ZIP from the official GitHub repo.

⚙️ Get ScriptHookVDotNet

Extract & Install

1. Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
2. Copy all extracted files.
3. Paste them into your GTA 5 install folder — the same folder as GTA5.exe.

Create the Scripts Folder

1. Inside the GTA 5 folder, create a new folder named exactly scripts (skip if ScriptHookVDotNet already made one).
2. Download the Smart Pad game script below and paste it inside that scripts folder.

Connect Your Phone to GTA 5

1. Launch GTA 5 as usual.
2. Open the Smart Pad app on your phone and tap Connect — it will show an IP address.
3. In the GTA 5 window, press F5 — a text input box appears.
4. Type in the IP address from your phone, then press Enter.

That's it — your phone is now live as a wireless controller for GTA 5. 🎮

Troubleshooting

• Phone and PC must be on the same WiFi network.
• If F5 doesn't open the input box, confirm ScriptHookVDotNet is installed correctly and that you're in Story Mode, not Online.
• Connection failing? Recheck the IP address for typos and reconnect from the app.
• Turn off any VPN that might isolate your phone from the local network.
